The database offers full-text for most of the dissertations added since 1997 and strong retrospective full text coverage for older graduate works.

Provides detailed citations and abstracts for the top scholarly periodicals in the sciences, social sciences, and arts and humanities.
Oxford English Dictionary Online This link opens in a new window
The OED covers words from across the English-speaking world, from North America to South Africa, from Australia and New Zealand to the Caribbean. It also offers the best in etymological analysis and in listing of variant spellings, and it shows pronunciation using the International Phonetic Alphabet.
