A good place to look for journal articles on your topic is the database CINAHL (Cumulative Index for Nursing and Allied Health Literature).
You can get to CINAHL from the Databases A-Z link on the libraries home page.
Look at the topical questions and think about the keywords or ideas in the question. For example, in the question How can nurses best promote civility in the workplace? you may want to use the terms nurs* AND civility AND workplace.
NOTE: using the asterisk with nurs* will find the words nurse, nurses, or nursing.
Looking at your Result List
Your search results list will have some articles with the PDF Full Text icon. Just click the icon to pull up the complete article.
Other results will have a icon which means one of two things:
The article is available full text in another database
We do not have access to the article but can usually get the article through Interlibrary Loan (ILL). You can request the article through ILL when you click on the Find Full Text Icon.
