At this time, we do not charge for self-serve, on-site photocopying or scanning of our materials.

We also allow you to take pictures of many of our items, which reduces wear and tear from photocopying.

White gloves are out. They snag on and tear fragile paper on a regular basis.
Archives ask that you wash and dry your hands before handling their paper objects
Some objects are damaged by skin oils and salts, including photos and metal objects. In these rare instances we will provide you with gloves to protect these items.
You should handle items with clean, dry hands at the item's strongest point. You should avoid touching pre-existing tears and fragile areas.
