Campus Buildings and Campus Life

The Archives holds many images of Tift College, ranging in subject from class portraits, campus scenes, student activities, lantern slides, and much more. Many of these images are available to view online, and more are added periodically.

Faculty & Department Records

Mercer’s Archives holds the entire archive of Tift College.  This collection includes documents from Tift College departments as well as the personal papers of professors from throughout the college’s history.  These personal papers range in topic: some might focus more on the individual, while others mainly include information on the department they were part of.  Many of the collections from Tift professors are related to the music department and include programs of Tift recitals over several decades.
